Responsibilities
- To assisting in daily routine office admin work which include, documentation, filing, correspondence, co-ordinate,
- follow up administrative and customer service matters.
- To be able to key-in accurately all relevant information
- To generate Delivery Orders / PO/ Invoices / SO with minimum errors
- To ensure all authorization / signatory limit of sales orders or delivery orders are in compliance with the Company’s set policy
- To understand all documentation involved in the sales & delivery of Goods
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- To negotiate the term and condition with supplier and ensure the term is benefit to the company.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies
- To support in sales department & purchasing department
- Assist in preparing business related reports
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
