Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning and Analysis

- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

- Analyze financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

- Prepare financial models to support business initiatives and assess the impact of potential investments.

2. Budget Management

- Monitor and control expenditures within the approved budget.

- Provide variance analysis and recommend corrective actions when necessary.

3. Financial Reporting

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including management and regulatory authorities.

- Consolidate financial data for group-level reporting.

4. Cash Flow and Treasury Management

- Oversee cash flow planning and ensure adequate liquidity to meet operational needs.

- Manage investments, banking relationships, and treasury functions to optimize cash reserves.

5. Compliance and Risk Management

- Ensure adherence to financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.

- Assist in internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations to improve financial processes.

- Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.

6. Team Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members.

- Allocate tasks and provide guidance to the finance team to ensure efficient and effective work processes.

7. Stakeholder Engagement

- Work closely with other departments to understand their financial needs and provide relevant support.

- Present financial insights to senior management, helping them understand business performance.

8. Process Improvement

- Evaluate existing financial processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

- Utilize financial software and ERP systems to automate and streamline reporting and analysis activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
