We are looking for a Deskside Support Engineer to provide on-site or remote technical
assistance including the setting up of computer hardware systems, installing and upgrading
software, and troubleshooting basic IT issues.
Responsibilities
Day to day as an executive and tier 1 support
Providing desk side support including white glove service to executive team and on-site leve
l 1 support to users
Imaging and re-imaging laptops and desktops setting it up with requiredconfigura
tions for new andexisting
users.
Deployment of computer hardware, systems software and applications.
Diagnosing, troubleshooting and solving hardware (PCs, Printers), software andnetwork i
ssues
Active Directory for user account management
ServiceNow ticketing system
SCCM for Imaging and re-imaging laptops and desktops as well as deployment ofsoftware’

Work with project offices to ensure project continuity and be able to deliver on timeRequire</

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology.
Proven work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician.
Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chipsets, memory modules, andperipher<
/strong>als.
Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remoteconnectio
n systems.
Ability to solve complex hardware and software issues.
Ability to travel and work after hours when necessary.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills
