Detailed Description

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

  • Oversee the complete talent management process, including Direct Labour (DL) recruitment and selection. This encompasses job postings, pre-screening, arranging and conducting interviews, shortlisting candidates, hiring, confirming employment, salary adjustments, promotions, job transfers, and succession planning.
  • Collaborate with recruitment agencies and government bodies for recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment drives.
  • Prepare and analyze hiring and attrition reports at all organizational levels.
  • Conduct orientation programs for new employees.
  • Analyze exit interview data and recommend improvements as needed.
  • Stay informed about the PERKESO DAYA KERJAYA Program.
  • Manage the entire employee’s transportation system, including monthly inspections, addressing transport-related employee complaints, and ensuring cost-efficiency.
  • Represent the HR Department during audits and compliance reviews.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.


Knowledge/Skills/Competencie

  • sDiploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
  • .Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience
  • .Ability to work independently with a high level of commitment and responsibility
  • .Excellent communication skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude
  • .Possession of a personal vehicle and willingness to travel
