Intern - Talent Acquisition (Recruiter)

You'll go beyond posting ads – you'll be a key player in crafting targeted recruitment strategies, conducting in-depth research, and identifying top talent.

Here's what you'll do:

• Become a Recruitment Rockstar: Develop and manage recruitment campaigns across various platforms, attracting high-caliber candidates for our clients.
• Partner for Success: Work closely with the Practice Director, immersing yourself in client needs, company culture, and strategic goals. This ensures our recruitment efforts are perfectly aligned.
• Research Like a Pro: Conduct comprehensive market research to stay ahead of the curve. Analyze industry trends, understand the competitive landscape, and identify talent pools to fuel targeted recruitment strategies.
• Uncover Hidden Gems: Go beyond the usual job boards. Utilize creative channels and innovative methods to source the best talent for our clients.
• Be a Social Media Guru: Enhance our online presence! Craft engaging blog posts, design social media content specifically targeted to the Talent Acquisition industry, and implement strategies to increase brand visibility.
• Talent Mapping Masterclass: Develop your research skills by assisting with talent mapping and research activities. This includes analyzing clients, companies, competitors, and the broader market to inform strategic recruitment decisions.
• Support the Dream Team: Provide efficient administrative support to the co-founders, ensuring data compliance and smooth recruitment operations.
