What you will do as a 360 Recruitment Consultant:
- Understanding the job requirements/expectations given from the clients and matching suitable candidates to interpret the client’s needs well
- Develop your portfolio by proactively engaging new clients
- Management of candidate relationships to build trust and ensure a smooth and successful recruitment process including but not limited to screening, short-listing, interviewing, and offer management
- Build and maintaining your own personal brand as a specialist in the Malaysian job market which includes posting industry related contents on social media and attending networking events
