Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Video Editor Specialist at Pertubuhan Peduli Insan Malaysia in Shah Alam. The Video Editor Specialist will be responsible for create and edit high-quality video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with a focus on social media and digital marketing. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging videos that align with marketing strategies, utilizing motion graphics, visual effects, and other creative elements. Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Media, Film, or related field
  • 5+ years of video editing experience
  • Expertise in Adobe After Effects & Premiere Pro
  • Foundational skills in Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Foundational knowledge of photography
  • Strong social media video editing skills
  • Creativity, leadership, and time management

Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce high-quality video content tailored for social media platforms to support digital marketing campaigns and drive engagement
  • Utilize Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro to create compelling videos with motion graphics, transitions, and special effects that align with marketing objectives
  • Incorporate graphics, audio, and visual elements using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition to enhance video projects and ensure a cohesive brand presentation
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video concepts and storyboards that effectively communicate marketing messages and brand values
  • Manage multiple video projects efficiently, balancing priorities and deadlines in line with marketing campaign schedules
  • Apply basic photography knowledge to enhance video content and contribute to the creation of additional visual assets for marketing purposes
