As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an innovative and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to oversee our membership growth and brand promotion efforts. The ideal candidate will be strategic, creative, and passionate about early childhood development, helping to lead both our sales initiatives and marketing campaigns to drive enrollments and build strong relationships within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive new membership growth, class enrollments, and revenue targets.
  • Lead Generation & Conversion: Develop a system to generate leads through both digital and traditional channels and convert these leads into paying members.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and mentor the sales and marketing team, ensuring that goals and KPIs are met or exceeded.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, email, print, events) to promote The Little Gym’s programs and increase visibility.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and strengthen the brand image of The Little Gym, ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing materials and public communications.
  • Digital Marketing: Oversee the development of content for social media, email newsletters, and website updates. Ensure regular engagement with target audiences.
  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain partnerships with local schools, community organizations, and relevant businesses to promote The Little Gym’s services and programs.
  • Customer Engagement: Monitor customer feedback and engagement, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Implement customer feedback into future marketing and sales strategies.
  • Event Planning: Lead efforts in organizing promotional events, open houses, and community outreach programs to boost brand awareness and attract new members.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of competitor activities and local market trends to adjust sales and marketing tactics accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a combination of both, with a proven track record of driving growth and customer acquisition.
  • Experience in managing and mentoring teams to meet performance targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.) and CRM systems.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for working in a child-centric environment and aligning with The Little Gym’s mission of child development.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the fitness, education, or children’s activities industries is a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze marketing and sales metrics.
  • Experience organizing events or community outreach programs.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
