Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic B2B Marketing Officer with a passion for innovation and a penchant for creating compelling narratives. In this role, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, assisting in lead generation, content creation, and managing social media platforms to boost brand visibility and engagement. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will help position AIBP as a thought leader while contributing to our mission of fostering growth through innovation and technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • B2B Marketing Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing effective B2B marketing strategies that align with the Firm’s goals and objectives, including digital and content marketing initiatives in the Southeast Asia Region
  • Lead Generation: Strategise and execute targeted marketing efforts to drive qualified leads for the sales team through relevant marketing platforms such as email campaigns, social media, and other channels.
  • Content Marketing: Excellent writing and copywriting skills are essential to create compelling content such as articles, social media updates, newsletters, and thought leadership pieces to engage the target audience and build brand authority.
  • Social Media Management: Manage the Firm's social media accounts such as (LinkedIn, X, Facebook, YouTube), creating and curating content to drive engagement and brand visibility.
  • Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and monitoring performance.
  • Data Analysis: Analyse campaign performance and extract actionable insights to optimise future marketing strategies and ROI.
  • Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities, such as webinars, events, and conferences, to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the sales and product development teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives and business objectives.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, target audiences, and competitors, and apply insights to improve marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in B2B marketing or related roles, with a focus on lead generation, content creation, and campaign management.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in email marketing, social media platforms, and content management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience in creating marketing collaterals.
  • Ability to tap into current trends and create content that is aligned with the Firm’s direction in the Southeast Asia region
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing strategies, with a focus on on-page optimisation and SEO-friendly content creation.
  • Website Management: Ability to update and and assist in maintaining the Firm's website, ensuring that content is up to date and aligns with our broader marketing and SEO strategies.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyse campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Zoho, Monday.com, Google Analytics and basic design tools like Canva
  • Adaptability and Innovation: A willingness to experiment, learn, and try new approaches to advance personal growth and contribute to the Firm’s marketing goals.

  • Candidates with ANY of the following experiences will be highly considered:
  • Design Experience: Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and ability to create visually appealing content; OR
  • PR / Media Engagement: Experience in public relations, managing media relationships, or working with external agencies for media coverage and brand promotion; OR
  • Performance Marketing: Experience in running paid digital campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn ads) and optimising them for lead generation and conversion.
