Role Description
- Accountable for Human Resource functions through strong business partnership with the Departmental Managers, GM, VP and C level to provide HR-to-business solutions on all employees related matters.
- Responsible to lead and manage full spectrum of HR function including: -
- Foreign Worker Management : Responsible for FW discipline hostel management.
- Compliance: Responsible for RBA external audit and ensure compliance all the time.
- Training and development: to identify training needs and create strategic solutions for improving skills across an entire company.
- Employee Relations: Handle disciplinary issues, resolving employee's grievance, counselling employees to ensure employees are in line with the company culture and value.
- Employee Engagement: Initiate engagement programs to enhance employee and employer relations and retain the best talents.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business/HR with 7-8 years experience in HR generalist role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast past environment.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Experience in RBA compliance is an added advantage.
- Well Versed in English, Mandarin & Malay
