Are you ready to revolutionize how we approach sustainability? As a key driver in our quest to embed sustainability deeply into our company culture, you’ll spearhead a strategic initiative to integrate our external sustainability goals into every aspect of our operations.

  • Your mission: make sustainability a core business driver and dismantle any barriers that prevent a holistic approach
  • You’ll craft and champion cutting-edge Plant-level strategies that align with our Business Unit and Global NRC objectives
  • Collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders, you’ll identify and implement site-specific masterplans and initiatives that ignite awareness and drive progress towards NRC targets
  • Your work will be pivotal in ensuring our strategies align seamlessly with our long-term global sustainability commitments
  • Partnering closely with the Plant EHS Manager, you’ll offer expert guidance and innovative solutions on critical sustainability and environmental issues
  • You’ll be the driving force behind our Natural Resources Conservation & Sustainability program, overseeing the Industrial Effluent Treatment System and managing waste governance schedules

We're looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sustainability or Engineering with at least 4 years of experience in the direct field of environmental and sustainability programs
  • Demonstrated ability to work and operate in a collaborative project environment
  • Demonstrated capability to manage complex and challenging projects in adverse conditions/circumstances
  • Experience working closely with operations/maintenance departments in a plant
  • Demonstrated cost consciousness, communication skills, and diplomacy that will promote good relations with all facets of worldwide management and other technical disciplines in the effective execution of projects to accomplish objectives and demanding schedules

Compulsory to:

  • Possess competency in Certified Environmental Professional in The Operation Of Industrial Effluent Treatment Systems (Biological Processes – Activated Sludge Process) or
  • Certified Environmental Professional in the Operation of Industrial Effluent Treatment Systems (Physical Chemical Processes)

Candidate minimum qualifications:

  • Experience of operating IETS
  • Demonstrate organizational, communication, leadership, and analytical skills
  • Effective computer skills with a working knowledge of MS Office and other related computer software packages
  • Time management skills are needed to maintain deadlines for Corporate and regulatory reporting
