Job Description

  • Lead customer engagement initiatives to improve order processing, delivery efficiency, and service KPIs like On-Time Delivery, Case Fill, and managing Returns.
  • Collaborate with Customer Development teams to ensure accurate volume planning and improve forecast accuracy.
  • Track shipment volumes against planned targets and recommend actions for improvement.
  • Work with teams and customers to optimize logistics, ensuring products are available on shelves while managing costs.
  • Proactively communicate supply issues to manage customer expectations.
  • Develop end-to-end supply chain solutions that align with business strategies.
  • Hold monthly meetings with customers to drive joint initiatives and improve service.
  • Ensure timely order placement and replenishment to meet demand.
  • Analyze performance metrics and share insights to drive improvements in efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with teams to resolve supply chain inefficiencies and prevent stockouts.


The Successful Applicant

  • Diploma/Degree in Business/Logistics/Supply Chain or any related studies
  • 6-8 years in customer engagement or customer service, particularly in FMCG industry
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills in English
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Detail-oriented
