Job Responsibility

  • Renew permits, visas and passports of foreign workers
  • Managing FOMEMA and foreign worker hostel admission
  • Updating the arrival of foreign workers
  • Help with office documentation matters
  • Dealing with local agencies and authorities for all documentation submissions coordinating and verifying required payments (such as levies, VDR, insurance etc.)
  • Ensure the foreign worker application process complies with all government rules and regulations
  • Liaise with relevant enforcement agencies (JTK and Immigration
  • Handle the exit and entry of foreign workers from the airport and carry out clearance, conduct induction, medical examination, bank account opening or the like
  • Transport foreign workers to hospital or clinic for treatment and follow up medical appointment if required.
  • Respond to employees queries about HR-related issues.
  • Handle all HR related matters and undertake task as and when assigned by management.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager when required and/or deemed necessary.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor in Human Resource
  • Management or equivalent.
  • Proficient in English& Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to multitask
  • Able to work both independently and in a team
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this  position.
  • Must be highly self-motivated and independent.
  • Stay up-to-date on Employment Act and other employment legislation.
  • Creative and a good team player. Able to work under pressure and tight timeline with minimum supervision.
  • Knowledgeable in Employment Act, HR policies, procedures & process
  • Preferably male due need to manage Male foreign workers.
