Job Responsibility
- Renew permits, visas and passports of foreign workers
- Managing FOMEMA and foreign worker hostel admission
- Updating the arrival of foreign workers
- Help with office documentation matters
- Dealing with local agencies and authorities for all documentation submissions coordinating and verifying required payments (such as levies, VDR, insurance etc.)
- Ensure the foreign worker application process complies with all government rules and regulations
- Liaise with relevant enforcement agencies (JTK and Immigration
- Handle the exit and entry of foreign workers from the airport and carry out clearance, conduct induction, medical examination, bank account opening or the like
- Transport foreign workers to hospital or clinic for treatment and follow up medical appointment if required.
- Respond to employees queries about HR-related issues.
- Handle all HR related matters and undertake task as and when assigned by management.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager when required and/or deemed necessary.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor in Human Resource
- Management or equivalent.
- Proficient in English& Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to multitask
- Able to work both independently and in a team
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this  position.
- Must be highly self-motivated and independent.
- Stay up-to-date on Employment Act and other employment legislation.
- Creative and a good team player. Able to work under pressure and tight timeline with minimum supervision.
- Knowledgeable in Employment Act, HR policies, procedures & process
- Preferably male due need to manage Male foreign workers.
