Job Responsibility

  • Manage and handle local & foreign workerâs administration matters.
  • Support payroll processing to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Handles discipline and termination of Employees
  • Prepare Monthly Reporting
  • In charge of recruitment process, arrange and conducting interview session
  • Conduct a Training Needs Analysis and identifies the training need of employees
  • Handling of documentation
  • Undertake any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time as required

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
  • Able to speak in Mandarin.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in similar position. Working experience with manufacturing company will be an added advantage.
  • Well-versa with Labour Laws, Industrial Relations Practices
  • Able to work as a team and build a good working relationship with management and employee
  • Able to work under pressure and fast changing environment
