Job Responsibility
- Manage and handle local & foreign workerâs administration matters.
- Support payroll processing to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Handles discipline and termination of Employees
- Prepare Monthly Reporting
- In charge of recruitment process, arrange and conducting interview session
- Conduct a Training Needs Analysis and identifies the training need of employees
- Handling of documentation
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time as required
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
- Able to speak in Mandarin.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in similar position. Working experience with manufacturing company will be an added advantage.
- Well-versa with Labour Laws, Industrial Relations Practices
- Able to work as a team and build a good working relationship with management and employee
- Able to work under pressure and fast changing environment
