It aims to strengthen the bonds between the communications industry, businesses, governments and non-profits. In 2022, the TLF granted $700,000 to local causes alone. Community charities are championed by TEAM LEWIS’ employees, who volunteer their time and skills to provide marketing and comms support to maximise the grants’ effectiveness.

Purpose of the role

The Executive, Visuals and Media plays a role in the creation of deliverables that range from visual web content (graphic design) for a B2C and B2B scope to digital video/photo outputs for social media. This person will provide support to the team on a range of digital media campaigns as well as work across the wider TEAM LEWIS business on internal projects.

Key Responsibilities And Tasks

Creative services and project management

  • Design and develop original creative web and digital content for static outputs. The ability to execute motion graphics and create animations will be a plus.
  • Deliver high-quality graphic designs for both print and digital channels.
  • Support on social video projects including scripting, storyboarding, and filming with smartphones and/or DSLR/mirrorless cameras
  • Stay up to date on best practices and current trends.
  • Partner with other departments to develop compelling and imaginative creative solutions (e.g. video, infographics, web design) for both TEAM LEWIS and current and prospective clients.
  • Create aesthetically compelling visuals that align with clients' brand identities and messaging.
  • Create visually compelling decks and mood boards that effectively communicate creative concepts and ideas to clients for pitches.
  • Collaborate with other teams within the agency (such as copywriting and strategy) to ensure that all creative deliverables align with the overall campaign strategy and messaging.

Client Management

  • Support with planning and implementing of creative projects and campaigns for TEAM LEWIS clients, developing innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with account managers and other internal stakeholders to develop and execute creative briefs, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.

Team working and development

  • Ensure personal and client objectives are met on an ongoing basis.
  • Accurately report activity levels and regularly complete timesheets to ensure the correct allocation of client duties.
  • Work closely with line manager to maximise own strengths, improve weaknesses, and support individual and team career development.
  • Regularly attend TEAM LEWIS training sessions and daily press briefings to enhance skills and develop knowledge

General

  • Support the digital and account servicing team on ad hoc initiatives and projects.
  • Take a proactive role in promoting the TEAM LEWIS brand, its identity, values and work.
  • Support the HR/talent team by promoting both internal and external opportunities at TEAM LEWIS across social media and via the referral scheme.
  • Contribute and support the continuous improvement of systems, practices and policies.

About You

  • Ability to work within tight deadlines
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent graphic design skills to create static visuals across web and social
  • Software skills: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, In-Design
  • Video skills a plus: video filming, editing, post-production, and motion graphics
  • Creative and contemporary design skills
  • Photography skills are a bonus
  • Creative and enthusiastic approach
