- Analyze and report on sales and product performance, acquisition metrics, and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage marketplace campaigns, paid marketing initiatives, and collaborate with content creators to optimize product promotion.
- Coordinate with demand planning, merchandising, and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Innovate and apply strategies to enhance online sales.
- Manage order processing and distribution.
- Coordinate with suppliers to fulfill orders.
- Oversee domestic and international logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
- Handle documentation from order placement to shipment dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and requirements.
- Conduct meetings and maintain communication with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with clients to finalize orders and address their needs.
- Provide professional and responsive communication throughout the order process.
- Monitor and manage orders in accordance with quarterly and annual budgets. Adjust budget utilization as needed.
- Plan and manage product listings on various business portals to enhance visibility and sales.
- Optimize product listings for maximum exposure and customer engagement.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/Postgraduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations and management.Experience in supply chain or export would be advantageous.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.
