Jobs Description :

• Assist the recruitment and selection process including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, onboarding and conduct new joiner orientation.

• Manage payroll processing for companies (familiar with HR2000 or Info Tech) of payroll processes and ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.

• Prepare and submit statutory payment submission on time for all the monthly EPF, PCB, SOCSO, EIS and HRDF.

• Assist and coordinate for training & development program.

• Update and monitor leave management for employee's attendance records, leave records and OT payments.

• Ensure effective and appropriate HR policies, procedures in place which meets legal requirements, best practice and organizational objective.

• Administer and manage employee welfare programs, such as leave entitlement, appraisals, medical benefits, Group PA, etc.

• Assist in the coordination of performance appraisal processes and KPI target

• Prepare all HR correspondence and reports for management.

• Ad hoc tasks as and when assigned by superior.

Jobs Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Advance Diploma/ Diploma in Human Resource Management or any equivalent.

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in HR Generalist are required for this position.

• Computer literate proficiency in Microsoft Office application.

• Positive attitude, team work and have a good discipline.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multi-tasking, work independently with minimum supervision and maintain confidentiality.

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, verbal and written communication skills. Preferably Mandarin speaking candidate.
