  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs across multiple communication channels (Email, Live Chat, Calls, etc.).
  • Collect customer feedback, identify front-line issues like application failures, payment concerns, product inquiries, and report them promptly to the supervisor.
  • Support the manager in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Monitor and assist with post-sales service to clients.
  • Ensure payment records are accurate and updated regularly.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
