Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs across multiple communication channels (Email, Live Chat, Calls, etc.).
- Collect customer feedback, identify front-line issues like application failures, payment concerns, product inquiries, and report them promptly to the supervisor.
- Support the manager in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Monitor and assist with post-sales service to clients.
- Ensure payment records are accurate and updated regularly.
Requirements:
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
