Job Title:
Intern – Global Facilities Management & Administration
Job Summary:
The intern will support daily administrative tasks, office management, and coordination across departments, contributing to the efficiency of Axiata Digital Labs’ global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and office logistics.
- Schedule meetings, arrange travel, and support IT equipment allocation for new hires.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, and assist with onboarding.
- Coordinate venues and logistics for internal events.
- Help prepare business cases, analyze operational efficiency, and assist with process improvements.
- Collaborate with departments like IT, HR, and Operations for smooth workflow.
Person Specification:
Education:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative processes.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, with a proactive approach.
Attitudes:
- Enthusiastic, customer-focused, and team-oriented.
