Intern – Global Facilities Management & Administration

Job Summary:
The intern will support daily administrative tasks, office management, and coordination across departments, contributing to the efficiency of Axiata Digital Labs’ global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and office logistics.
  • Schedule meetings, arrange travel, and support IT equipment allocation for new hires.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, and assist with onboarding.
  • Coordinate venues and logistics for internal events.
  • Help prepare business cases, analyze operational efficiency, and assist with process improvements.
  • Collaborate with departments like IT, HR, and Operations for smooth workflow.

Person Specification:

Education:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative processes.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams, with a proactive approach.

Attitudes:

  • Enthusiastic, customer-focused, and team-oriented.
