In light of this, Kenny Hills Hospitality Group is actively searching for an Operations Manager to supervise the expansion of our outlets& brands, ensuring seamless daily operations and executing future plans. He/She will possess strong background in F&B from giant players in the F&B industry with good knowledge and proven execution of SOPS.

The Operations Manager is responsible for directing and assisting in the daily operations, sales, customer service, profit & loss, retail & merchandise sections and the growth across several outlets and different concepts. The hiring for this position is not for immediate start, but promising individuals may be offered a role to start early. Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Leading the outlets and brands division of Kenny Hills Hospitality Group by Assigning, Deploying, Coaching, Training, Scheduling, Delegating, Reporting, Guiding, Developing Skills, and providing an outstanding Customer Service Experience. Competent and able to plan many different kinds of operational activities. Ensure that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing our procedure and coaching our team members.
  • Develop strategies to increase operational efficiency, brand awareness, legendary services where guests can expect the boisterous and vibrant dining experience.
  • Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities, promotions and set strategic goals.
  • Oversee customer experience processes and coordinate materials and resources to enhance the service experience
  • Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.
  • Oversee the operations flow of all outlets under the Division to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate with senior-level management in the development of performance goals, long-term operational plans, promotional items and services for all outlet under Division.
  • Analyse current operations processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary.
  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
  • Oversee team member work schedule with respective Outlet Managers to ensure all shifts are covered.
  • Assist with the development of strategic plans.
  • Troubleshooting on-the-ground issues to keep operations organised and efficient.
  • Champion a training culture within the Food and Beverage team to ensure succession planning, and a culture that exceeds the very best the industry has to offer.
  • To provide an environment of openness and trust, with constant feedback and performance coaching.

We are looking for:

  • Candidates with strong background in Food & Beverage, ideally in a similar position previously.
  • Someone who is aware of market trends, strategic planning & lover of legendary customer service.
  • Energetic and result oriented.
  • Possess own transport, willing to travel as needed, to perform duties and responsibilities
  • Good coaching and managerial skills.
  • A team player with good leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Articulate and able to communicate effectively across all functions and levels.
  • Able to adapt to organizational changes and able to work under pressure
