1. Administrative Duties:
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis as needed.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
2. Customer Service:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Qualifications:
- SPM / Diploma / Degree or equivalent educational background.
- Proficient in Mandarin with the ability to communicate fluently and effectively.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
