1. Administrative Duties:

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis as needed.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • SPM / Diploma / Degree or equivalent educational background.
  • Proficient in Mandarin with the ability to communicate fluently and effectively.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
