Role
Florists play a crucial role in creating memorable events and celebrations. They add an aesthetic appeal to weddings, birthdays, and other special occasions. Florists also help people express their emotions and feelings by creating personalized flower arrangements that convey a specific message.
Job Description
a. To design and create creative and traditional floral arrangements, including bouquets, centerpieces, and wreaths for the hotel, events and special requests.
b. To select the best flowers and greens for each arrangement, considering color, texture, and seasonal availability.
c. To care and tender to the live plants and flowers around the building to ensure they are fresh and lively.
d. To ensure the flowers and plants are package nicely and not easily spoilt.
e. To manage inventory, including ordering flowers, plants and supplies as needed and control wastage.
Qualification
- Previous experience working with flowers and arranging floral designs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and a strong creative eye
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
