Order Processing Executive

Position Summary:
This position is responsible to ensure all customer orders are verified, translated and scheduled to Production until customer delivery in a timely basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent services by attending to customers’ order within agreeable turnaround time and in an efficient manner.
• Interface with internal operations in resolving daily requirements & problems raised by customers for quote, production, delivery or quality related issues.
• Perform PO receiving and PO acknowledgement. To verify info in PO is per quote.
• Analyse customers’ forecast / orders and work with internal teams to load the work order accordingly.
• Check the availability of material, WIP and finished goods.
• Plan and deliver work order schedule to Production.
• Review and monitor closely to ensure Production promised dates and customer delivery schedules are met.
• Perform risk analysis and collaborate with inter departments to overcome challenges in Production scheduling to improve On-Time-Delivery
• To advise customers on the Estimated Time of Departure / Estimated Time of Arrival (ETD / ETA) based on material and production lead time.
• Respond to customers’ Open Order Report (OOR).
• Update the information required in customers’ portal (PO acceptance, ETD / ETA, consignment stock status).
• Support customer’s consignment project including maintaining minimum and maximum inventory. Compile the pull report and work with warehouse and finance for Account Receiving closure.
Requirements
• Possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field Diploma holder with at least 2 years of Order Processing / Production Planning experience in part manufacturing / assembly.
• Have passion for service, outstanding communication skills and pleasant personality.
• Able to handle ambiguity and solve complex issue.
