- Design visually stunning, user-friendly interfaces for our website, trading platforms, and client-facing applications.
- Collaborate with the product and development teams to ensure the UI/UX designs align with business goals, offering a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Conduct user research, create wireframes, and develop prototypes to test and refine designs before implementation.
- Create compelling, platform-specific visual content for social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Develop static and animated visuals that communicate Duhani Capitals core messaging, campaigns, and promotions.
- Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate innovative design approaches to maintain engagement and brand relevance.
- Plan, script, and execute video projects for product launches, tutorials, promotional campaigns, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Edit video footage into polished final products, incorporating sound, special effects, motion graphics, and animations.
- Develop creative assets for ads, social media posts, and banners, ensuring they align with campaign objectives and brand standards.
- Lead in-house or on-location shoots, directing video and photo content creation for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Set up lighting, framing, and equipment to capture high-quality visual content that can be used for multiple marketing purposes (social media, website, email campaigns).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to determine the best visual strategy for capturing brand essence and creating an emotional connection with the audience.
- Graphic Design
- Design a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, banners, presentations, advertisements, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across all media and platforms.
- Regularly update and refine visual assets based on campaign needs, market trends, and feedback from internal teams.
- Act as a brand guardian, ensuring that all visual content reflects Duhani Capitals brand identity and values.
- Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to develop and evolve the brands visual guidelines, ensuring it remains competitive and appealing to target audiences.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and web development teams to create and implement cohesive design strategies across all touchpoints.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, ensuring that projects are completed to a high standard and within deadlines.
- Partner with external agencies and vendors when needed to scale design efforts, and coordinate on large-scale projects.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work across UI/UX, graphic design, social media, and video content.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign).
- Expertise in UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Strong experience in video editing and motion graphics software like After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Deep understanding of responsive design principles, user-centered design practices, and web design standards.
- Strong photography and videography skills, including experience with DSLR cameras, lighting equipment, and studio setups.
- Familiarity with video editing, post-production workflows, and sound editing.
- Strong creative and artistic skills, with an eye for detail, composition, and color.
- Ability to take creative briefs and turn them into engaging and visually striking content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work cross-functionally with marketing, development, and leadership teams.
- Experience leading projects, mentoring junior designers, and managing feedback loops.
- Experience in the financial services or trading industry (Forex, CFDs).
- Basic knowledge of front-end development tools to better collaborate with web developers.
