Junior Finance

Responsibilities:

• To prepare company full sets of accounts and preparation of monthly reports by the reporting deadlines.

• Perform month end and year end closing activities.

• To assist in the daily operation of accounts department.

• Liaise and ensure compliance with statutory and other regulatory requirements including accounting, tax, legal and secretarial duties

• Carry out bank reconciliation and fixed assets register.

• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma preferable in Accountancy (LCCI) or any fields or equivalent from reputable universities.

• Fresh graduates or those with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to work with cross-border teams. Good command of English & Mandarin to liaise with China supplier (spoken and written).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
