  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the Role

IT Financial Analyst is responsible for providing support in the financial management of IT projects and initiatives, as well as the administration of operating expenses within the IT department. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and collaborating with IT and Finance teams to drive cost-effective solutions.

What will you do:

  • Prepare and manage the IT budget, including forecasting and monitoring expenses to ensure financial alignment with the company goals.
  • Accurately input financial data into accounting and financial management systems, ensuring completeness and correctness.
  • Maintain and organize financial records, invoices, and other documentation related to IT expenses and projects.
  • Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts for projects, providing analysis of variances.
  • Prepare regular financial reports to stakeholders, detailing IT spending, budget variances, and forecast.
  • Collaborate with IT management to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures within the IT department.

Skills, certifications and experience you possess:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in an IT environment.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, as well as advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with different levels of stakeholders.
