- Provide application support and maintaining application systems.
- Coordination with 3rd party vendor on system integration as per customer project road map by performing user requirement study, documentation, conduct user training, project implementation, SIT, UAT etc.
- Proactively seek for process improvements and challenge the current processes for further enhancement opportunities and reduce daily incidents to prevent recurrence of similar incidents.
- Liaise with related parties / 3rd parties / vendor to ensure system stabilization, system troubleshooting and identify root cause.
- Product knowledge – to acquire minimum two suites of product knowledge and to continuously learn new things. To keep abreast of latest technological advancements and provide leadership to cross-functional teams when necessary.
- Customer service satisfaction – to ensure quality of work always delivered and maintain professionalism.
- Technical skill – to acquire minimum report writing for data analysis and troubleshooting use.
- Productivity – to achieve monthly billable quota as assigned by the management.
- Teamwork – to consistently demonstrate actions (e.g. knowledge sharing, helping each other to meet project timeline, sense of urgency) to increase the teamwork with all stakeholders (e.g. consultant, pre-sales, sales).
- Industry knowledge – to increase industry knowledge through project experience, team’s expertise, R&D etc.
- Knowledge management – to ensure the relevant documentation of knowledge and documents are performed to ensure the continuity of the business.
- Lead and provide direction to assigned team members, indirect staff or subcontractors.
- Assist in feasibility study, evaluate, and analyze user requirements and specifications.
- Any other tasks that are assigned by superior or management.
