About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Project Management Liaison to

bridge the gap between ParkIt and our key partner. In this role, you’ll manage expectations, solve

problems, ensure regulatory compliance, and keep everything on track throughout the entire

project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management

Work with the project director and project manager to be the go-to person between our partner and ParkIt, ensuring smooth communication and stakeholder alignment.

Expectations Management

Keep our partner and ParkIt in sync by updating both sides on progress, scope changes, and timelines.

Project Execution

Track project milestones, coordinate resources, and ensure on-time delivery of all key deliverables.

Risk & Compliance Management

Ensure compliance with our partner's legal and operational guidelines, and develop risk mitigation strategies.

Negotiation & Conflict Resolution

Resolve conflicts quickly and negotiate win-win solutions for all stakeholders.

Change Management & Adaptation

Adjust project plans as needed to reflect any changes in scope or requirements.

Performance Monitoring

Track performance metrics to ensure goals are met on time and within budget.

Financial Reporting/Analysis and Cost Control

Ensure strong cost control measures, and perform financial analysis and reporting requirements.

Skills and Qualifications

Education - Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Finance, Engineering, Business, or related field.

Experience - 1+ years in project management, finance or business, ideally in public infrastructure projects or government related entities

Technical Knowledge - Proficiency in cloud software (Google), project management tools (MS Project,

Jira, etc.) and methodologies.

Negotiation Skills - Strong negotiation and conflict resolution experience.

Communication Skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Risk Management Experience - with regulatory and compliance risk management.

Bonus Qualifications - Monday.com, Microsoft Projects, Slack, MoF, MoT, government project familiarity is a

plus
