Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for technical resolutions managing incident and problem processes in Production.
  • Take on a lead role in supporting and delivering digital bank implementations,
  • Supervise day-to-day delivery operations and provide management oversight for Chapter Leads and other senior IT professionals.
  • Collaborate closely with business and product teams.
  • Promote knowledge sharing within the digital banking teams and beyond.
  • Develop and implement strategies and technical roadmaps for the digital bank portfolio.
  • Manage external vendors and internal resources.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree holder in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Over 9 years experience in technical and delivery, preferably in wholesale or retail banking.
  • Familiar with mixed methodology development in Agile or Waterfall
  • Proficient in 1 or more programming languages, including Java, ReactJS.
  • Experienced in application hosting technologies including Apache, JBOSS, Weblogic.
  • Strong knowledge in API Design, microservices architecture, Java/J2EE web application development, SDLC.
  • Experience leading production support teams.
