As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will mainly be responsible for the accounts payable function within the Crayon Finance team, including processing invoices, handling local and foreign payments and performing complex vendor reconciliations across specific regions of operation. This role will collaborate with the Financial Accountant and Operations team on general ledger items such as accruals, creditor analysis and expense analysis. In addition, this position may involve other finance operations, including accounts receivable, payroll and withholding tax applications.

Key responsibilities will include

  • Performing end-to-end accounts payable across APAC entities, processing invoices, local and foreign payment, sending remittances and month-end tasks
  • Processing employee expense claims and related payments across all entities
  • Collaborating proactively with internal and external stakeholders, requiring skills in complex vendor reconciliation, VLOOKUP and Query Studio
  • Executing payments, including taxation, payroll and withholding tax for applicable entities
  • Handling accounts payable reporting and cash forecasting

Your Competencies

  • 5+ years of experience in accounts payable with end-to-end AP function including local and foreign payments, complex reconciliation and WHT application
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills in VLOOKUP, WhatIF and Query Studio
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and SAP Concur are advantageous
