Junior Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and manage performance programs, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
  • Assist and respond to departmental inquiries related to daily operations including fund management, payment processing, claim requests, platform management, money systems, affiliate management, and resolving credit card issues.
  • Support superiors with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

Must haves:

  • Minimum SPM qualification.
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Malay (spoken and written).
  • At least 1 year of experience in payroll, fraud & risk analyst, customer service, administrative roles, or finance/payment operations.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and report irregularities.
  • Positive attitude with a mild-mannered approach, ensuring accuracy and systematic task completion.
  • Sensitivity to system changes and administrative tasks.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Availability to work on weekends or public holidays as needed, with replacement leave options.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in finance or payment-related roles.
  • Familiarity with compliance and audit processes.
