StoreHub is on the lookout for a Technical Writer to join our Product Marketing team and create content that helps our customers succeed. In this role, we are looking for someone who excel at turning complex concepts into simple, digestible content and thrive on making technical jargon sound crystal clear. At StoreHub, we’re transforming how small businesses in Southeast Asia manage their point-of-sale systems—and we need your writing skills to fuel that change. You’ll collaborate with our product and marketing teams to build and maintain a knowledge base that empowers our users.

What you'll do:

  • Shape the knowledge base: Write and update articles that give our customers everything they need to make the most of StoreHub’s all-in-one platform.
  • Make the product easy to use: Craft UX copy that ensures our platform is as intuitive as possible for all users.
  • Support the team: Create internal content like handbooks, guides, and internal knowledge articles to keep everyone in the loop.
  • Keep content fresh: Review and improve existing content to reflect the latest product developments.
  • Bring your own ideas to life: Exercise your freedom to innovate beyond our day-to-day tasks!

What we’re looking for:

  • Experienced writer: You've spent 3+ years crafting clear and engaging technical content, ideally in a B2B SaaS setting.
  • Great communicator: You’re skilled at explaining complex ideas in a way that non-technical readers can easily understand.
  • Detail-oriented: You’re thorough and meticulous—accuracy and clarity are always your top priorities.
  • Customer-first mindset: You understand that your content plays a key role in customer success and satisfaction.
  • Team player: You’re comfortable working across product, marketing, and support teams to deliver content that meets company goals.
  • Adaptable: You handle shifting priorities and ad hoc requests with ease.
