- Collaborate with project managers and other site supervisors for smooth project execution.
- Work independently and under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Read and interpret construction drawings.
- Coordinate sub-contractor works on-site.
- Monitor delivery of construction materials to ensure quantity and quality match purchase orders.
- Supervise site operations to meet project deadlines per schedule, layouts, drawings, and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and address safety concerns.
- Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders regarding site progress, challenges, and changes to project scope.
- Candidates must possess SPM, Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
- Strong knowledge of construction or manufacturing processes and site operations.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to interpret technical documents, plans, and specifications.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, project management software).
