Talent management and development are the cornerstone of our operations. We are continuously scouting for the right talents to fill up the role as Manager, Business Analyst.

Role & Responsibility/Description:

1.Prepare plan out the operational procedures and processes of the Group and the Bank’s business initiatives, programs and products that require the use of Core Banking System to deliver through the Bank’s delivery channels.

2. Design effective and practical scopes for any business-related projects sanctioned by the Group and the Bank by complementing users’ functional capacity of the supporting IT systems and platforms.

3. Participate in information gathering, reviewing and user requirement analysis to match the Bank’s IT systems and platforms capabilities.

4. Assist users to prepare comprehensive URS write up and validate and analyze requirements put forth with processes and application systems.

5. Work closely with project teams to assist and resolve project implementation issues and mitigate risks/dependencies.

6. Ensure smooth rollout of projects, completeness of pre- and post-implementation activities.

7. Communicate effectively with Head Business Analyst & Operations Support to ensure prioritization and updates of the projects in relation to the Group and the Bank’s initiatives, program and products are timely conveyed.

8. To tracking, monitoring and rectification mechanisms for effective project management.

9. Works in close liaison, inter and intra division and departments, in the identification of work and process flow improvement opportunities for the organization.

10. Works with departments to develop and set Bank service standards and develops appropriate measures to monitor these standards accordingly.

11. Provides consultancy services in the area of operations to other departments in the Bank upon request.

12. To check responses and recommendations to close any operational gaps identified in the Department’s BAU environment.

13. The job operates within the guidelines stated in the Policies and Procedures for Operations Management Department.

14. Decision-making authority within the job will be in consultation with Head, Business Analyst & Operations Support and/or Operations Management.

15. To check all set new or revised policies and procedures in use within the Department and provide timely and/or regular review of the documents.

16. Provide coaching and mentoring to the staff within the Department.

17. To perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.
