Customer Service:
- Respond to customer enquiry promptly and professionally
- Follow up pending orders, manage complaints and resolve problem.
Inventory Management:
- Manage the ordering, stocking, using of inventory and manage online inventory levels.
E-Commerce Sales:
- Manage online marketplaces for various brands (such as Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, and eBay).
- Handle product listings, pricing updates, and propose promotional strategies for all online platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing all e-commerce and other digital advertising campaigns.
- Assist in guiding and managing content creation on landing pages, handling data traffic, and engaging in interactive dialogue.
- Relevant work experience preferred, but candidates without experience are also welcome.
Packing:
- Print all order forms, picking list, and packing list.
- Process and double checking all parcel to ensure correct items
- Quality check, packing parcel, stock take, labeling stock
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- At least SPM qualification.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply,
- Good communication skills and attitude.
- Proactive, motivated, and capable of working independently and effectively.
