We are looking for a finance and HR executive to take charge of finance- and HR-related tasks in our company by performing the necessary functions that meet financial and HR requirements. The ideal candidate should be familiar with budgets and report preparations, and demonstrate ability in using accounting software and managing financial transactions and procedures. The candidate should also be familiar with HR functions such as human resource planning and sourcing, employee relations, and implementation of HR policies. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle time-sensitive tasks are essential.

Main responsibilities

  • Keep accurate records of all transactions
  • Update internal systems with financial data
  • Prepare financial reports and budgets, e.g., income statements; revenue and expenses; tax estimation
  • Prepare financial statements, e.g., balance sheet schedules, general ledgers, bank reconciliation, debtor and creditor ageing
  • Issue and process invoices; and ensure payments are received
  • Coordinate with auditor, tax agents and other stakeholders
  • Manage the recruitment process including onboarding new employees
  • Implement HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance
  • Manage the performance review process

  • A university degree and/or professional qualifications in finance or accounting
  • Familiar with accounting entries using accounting software (such as Autocount) but need not be accounting qualified
  • Strong ethics with an ability to manage confidential data
  • Excellent communication skills and English Language proficiency
  • Able to work in an office environment
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in a similar capacity
  • Highly motivated fresh graduates can also apply
