•Act as the subject matter expert in User Experience building critical skills for the success of the bank’s digital business. Your job will be to content creation that includes microcopies, onboarding and tutorials, help and support content that improves the website & mobile & assist to deploy improvements that will drive performances up.

•UX conceptualization s- Define new information architectures, navigation concepts, interaction patterns and template elements to develop user experience capabilities across all digital properties.

•Craft the content strategy that includes defining the voice and tone of the brand and product for the brand and target audience.

•To have ‘Research & Development’ initiatives to come out with new innovative ideas to positively influence the digital customer experience.

•Stay up to date on industry and user experience trends, best practices and technology and promote them within the team.

•Perform analytics and business intelligence to support the outcome of a better user experience.

Requirements:

•Degree in Writing, UIUX or related courses. At least 3 years of related experience in copy writing, UX writing or content writing.

•Must demonstrate initiative & ownership of assigned responsibilities. Must be able to establish strong relationship with the business & project stakeholders (customers) to ensure that business goals are met.

•Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills. Team player, with a very strong work ethic and high energy level.

•Must have outstanding written and oral communication skills.

•Analytical – able to understand, interpret & leverage data to optimise campaigns.

•Organised – ability to consistently deliver projects on time and budget.

•Be an advocate for transformation across the business. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
