What Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Assist in developing and executing brand performance marketing strategy across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), paid social, display advertising, and affiliate marketing.

• Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI) while staying within budget.

• Use data and analytics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization and growth.

• Collaborate with internal teams, such as creative, product, and analytics teams, to develop and implement performance marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to ensure the company's strategy remains competitive and effective.

• When required, work with external partners, such as agencies and vendors, to ensure the company's performance marketing campaigns are executed effectively and efficiently.

The Qualifications & Requirements We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is expected.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience in Facebook Ad Manager, Google Search, Display, Google Analytics tools, Programmatic.

• Experience with performance-driven clients (e.g. E-commerce) will be advantageous

• Proficiency in running social media management (on e.g. Facebook & IG, XHS, TikTok) will be a significant advantage as well

• Fluent written and spoken language skills in English and local language.
