Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group is currently hiring for an E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Specialist. Reporting directly to Digital Marketing Supervisor, you will be responsible to drive business growth by utilizing company's online platform also standardize & develop operating processes E-commerce. Leveraging digital transformation by increasing leads, developing integrated demand creation plans, penetrating new channels and markets, and leveraging data analytics to optimize plan development, media buying, and campaigns, ultimately accelerating brand awareness and sales conversion.

This person will work closely with different departments such as marketing team, sales team, and product managers to ensure cohesive campaign strategies. Drive the success of online sales, customer engagement, and lead sales conversion using platform data analytics.

Job Responsibilities:
E- Commerce Management

• Manage all e-commerce platforms, including the official E-shop, Shopee, and others.

• Coordinate on all product and promotional activity on the website, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of input and loading of information into e-commerce platform management system.

• Ensure a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience on all e-commerce platforms, both web and mobile versions.

• Monitor and analyse the user engagement, performance, sales, and customer behaviour on all e-commerce platforms for continuous improvement.

• Developing strong analytics to evaluate timely regular performance and optimize further marketing, pricing, and product selection

• Analyse, design, and implement strategies to increase online sales and enhance customer experience.

• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to develop promotional strategies and enhance sales conversion from social media platforms.

• Identify opportunities and develop strategy for regional expansion and market penetration.

• Conduct market research to better understand on-going trend, customer needs, preferences, and trends on cross online platform.

• Coordinate with the logistics and customer service teams for achieve lead time attainment target.

• Establish partnerships and collaborations with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to support market expansion plan.

Demand Creation & Digital Marketing Activities

• Assist to develop and execute omnichannel strategies to support new product launches (campaign, awareness, sales conversion), grow existing product sales and product lifecycle management.

• Identify target audience segments and tailor marketing efforts to effectively engage and convert them.

• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams to generate insight for any demand creation activities.

• Manage content distribution across all social media platform to increase generic social media audiences and drive brand awareness.

• Optimize copy and Landing pages for search engine optimization. Conduct ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

• Analyse and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and maximize ROI.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing activities.

• Manage and maintain a marketing calendar to meet timely execution of campaigns and promotions.

• Train and coach digital marketing team in e-commerce optimalization to drive team effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in digital marketing, communications, PR or related fields

• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience required

• Proficient in interpreting and leveraging data using various digital marketing platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools to inform strategic decisions.

• Deep understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences, with the ability to create and implement effective social media strategies.

• Experience in designing, launching, and managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including budget management and performance evaluation.

• Skilled in conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape.

• Expertise in SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and performance tracking.

• Knowledge of managing and optimizing e-commerce platforms and online sales channels.

• Ability to develop and maintain a strong brand presence and consistency across all marketing efforts.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions, with familiarity in analytic tools and software such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.

• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies and solutions.

• Focused on understanding and meeting the needs and preferences of customers.

• Effective project management skills, including planning, execution, and oversight.
