  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Managing live chats & daily operation of company's e-commerce platforms.
  • Attend closely to customer inquiries via live chat (priority) & emails.
  • Maintaining store's ratings & chat response rate at all times.
  • Creating shipments for warehouse team to proceed with daily operations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure no late or shipment issues.
  • Result Oriented - able to ensure task completion even during off day, from home.
  • Understanding our products, creating and improving SKU.
  • Understanding campaign requirements and joining campaigns.

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree in Customer Service, Business Administration, Management, E-Commerce or equivalent.
  • Two (2) years of work experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Added advantage if you have experience in managing e-commerce platforms (Lazada / Shopee / TikTok) or websites.
  • Added advantage if you have knowledge on graphic designing, content creator and/or hosting/involved in live show (Facebook Live / Shopee Live etc)
  • Required language: English & Bahasa. 中文 as added advantage.
  • Comfortable working with computers and e-commerce systems.
  • Candidate must possess a strong can-do attitude with an ability to solve problems in a creative manner.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Kemuning (Seksyen 34)
