Job Overview:
The Account Executive plays a key role in managing both financial and operational tasks within the company. The position involves ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, handling day-to-day transactions, and supporting LintraMax team in seamless office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting & Bookkeeping:
- Manage daily financial transactions, including invoicing, receipts, and payments, to ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Maintain comprehensive records of accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Help reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Accounts Payable & Receivable:
- Accounts Payable:
- Verify and process invoices from vendors, ensuring timely payments and maintaining positive vendor relationships.
- Reconcile vendor statements, manage payment schedules, and resolve discrepancies.
- Support procurement processes through related administrative tasks.
- Accounts Receivable:
- Assist in preparing and issuing invoices and Statement of Account to clients.
- Manage accounts receivable aging reports and monitor incoming payments.
Employee Claims Management:
- Oversee employee reimbursement claims by verifying expense reports for compliance with company policies.
- Process approved claims, ensuring proper documentation is submitted, and maintain records of payments.
- Communicate with employees regarding claim status and resolve any discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
