Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive at Sedunia Travel in Kuala Lumpur. The Account Executive will be responsible for :

• Reconciliation on Account Payable, Account Receivable, Credit Cards and Bank Accounts and prepare audit schedule;
• To update payments, receipts transactions in Accounting System;
• Generate payment links, preparing sales invoices;
• Make periodic internal audit for selective division;
• Ensure timely industry and statutory compliance;
• Liaise with auditors and other professionals;
• Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accountancy / ACCA, or related field
• At least 2 - 3 years working experience in Finance / Accounts
• Ability to establish priorities, independent, multitasking, able to work under pressure
• Meet tight deadlines and work as a team player
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work with minimum supervision
• Knowledge of the travel industry and travel products would be added advantage
