- Handle incoming walk-in and online customers, phone calls, appointments and messages (existing customer).
- Responding to existing customer issues via multiple channels (calls, emails, WhatsApp & Services App).
- Maintaining student/teacher’s schedule.
- Attend to customers - both walk-in and appointments at HQ. Engage and establish rapport with customers during waiting time.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Update daily students’ activities, company info/announcement to parents.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
- Working experience in Kindergarten is added advantage
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent interpersonal and communication service skills, enjoy dealing & interacting with people.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Team player, Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Organized, able to work in a high volume, fast-paced working environment.
- Proactive and keen to learn.
- Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
