CUSTOMER RELATION OFFICER

• Handle incoming walk-in and online customers, phone calls, appointments and messages (existing customer).
• Responding to existing customer issues via multiple channels (calls, emails, WhatsApp & Services App).
• Maintaining student/teacher’s schedule.
• Attend to customers - both walk-in and appointments at HQ. Engage and establish rapport with customers during waiting time.
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Update daily students’ activities, company info/announcement to parents.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidates must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
• Working experience in Kindergarten is added advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Excellent interpersonal and communication service skills, enjoy dealing & interacting with people.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Team player, Self-motivated and self-directed.
• Organized, able to work in a high volume, fast-paced working environment.
• Proactive and keen to learn.
• Good spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
