The Role

Service, Admin Executive is a key role responsible for providing essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. This position involves a combination of administrative tasks, people management, customer service, and coordination with various departments.

  • Assisting to manage daily service operation tasks; service jobs assignment
  • Process and maintain daily work orders / jobs assignment with accurate service records
  • Handle internal and external customers’ or service team members’ feedback and inquiries
  • Familiarity with service management and people management and office productivity tools
  • Resolve in timely manner without supervision.
  • Attention to details and strong organizational skills
  • Managing the Shah Alam Office service teams

Ideal Profile

  • Possess Diploma or Degree in business management or equivalent with at least 2 years of working experiences in Service Admin role.
  • Able to handle complex people management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Able to lead team or handling service teams.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Possess good communication and customer service skills, self-motivated, independent and results-driven.
