Job Description:

The Electrical Technician is responsible for maintaining the hotel(IAEC)’s electrical systems, ensuring all wiring, lighting, and electrical equipment are functioning correctly. This role also focuses on ensuring that the hotel complies with local electrical safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine checks and repairs of the hotel’s electrical systems.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide timely repairs.
  • Install and maintain electrical fixtures, wiring, and control systems.
  • Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other team members for system upgrades or modifications.

Job Requirements:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations in Malaysia.
  • Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
  • Good troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating a strong sense of teamwork and cooperation. Be prepared to support and cover for other team members as needed to ensure continuous and efficient operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,540.82 - RM2,905.93 per month
