We are a Singapore-based car rental company looking for an Accounts Executive to support our Accounts Department.
This candidate will be based in our office in Johor Bahru after training.
Our office is located at Eco Palladium in the Taman Austin area.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Accounting Software will be an added advantage.
- Meticulous and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Able to speak and write in English.
- Effective communication skills.
- Able to multi-task, be proactive and learn on the job.
- Positive attitude and a cooperative team player.
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of company accounts.
- Process customer invoices, inter-company invoices, employee expenses claim, and daily operations.
- Reconcile daily statements and transactions.
- Maintain fixed assets register.
- Perform timely and accurate closing of accounts.
- Assist in month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing.
- Help prepare quarterly GST returns
- Liaise with internal/external auditors on audit and tax matters.
- Data entry and ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
