Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to a provided list of B2B prospects, focusing exclusively on onboarding them to our e-commerce platform.
- Customer Onboarding: Guide potential customers through the process of signing up on the platform, explaining the benefits, and assisting them with any challenges they may encounter during the registration process.
- Benefit Communication: Clearly communicate the specific advantages of joining the platform, such as increased market access, cost savings, and streamlined business operations tailored to B2B needs.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets related to the number of businesses successfully onboarded to the platform.
Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent experience in Business
- At least 2 years' of inside sales / demand generation experience
- Experience: Previous experience in telesales, or customer onboarding, particularly in a high-volume environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and guide customers through the onboarding process over the phone.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
