Key Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive project planning and drive project implementation.
• Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and its scope.
• Coordinate and communicate efficiently with all project team members.
• Review deliverables prepared by project team members.
• Apply standard methodologies effectively and enforce project standards.
• Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
• Constantly monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders.
• Minimize exposure and risk on projects.
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Conduct project evaluations, quality assurance, and assessment of results.
• Make strategic recommendations to the project team for the cancellation, re-prioritization, or addition of work/tasks necessary to deliver the required project goals.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of working experience in software development projects.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end SDLC and development methodologies such as AGILE or Waterfall is advantageous.
• Strong conceptual skills, resourcefulness, and time management abilities.
• Self-motivated, good team player, persistent, and able to work independently.
• Committed and able to work under pressure to meet assignment deadlines.
• Strong writing and communication skills in English.
• Ability to speak Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and/or Cantonese is an advantage.
• Passion for technology and enthusiasm for new technological advancements.

• May be required to travel domestically and internationally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
