Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CEO/GM on acquisition and joint venture transactions
- Support in land development planning and provide input on land related matters throughout the cycle of project
- Manage land matters including land title management and interim progress management
- Conduct feasibility and market studies for land and investment asset acquisitions, which include financial modelling and analysis
- Develop strategies and positioning in line with company strategies and operations; examining risks and advantages
- Provide technical advice or support in all authority liaison matters
- Prepare working papers, letters, documents, plans, presentation materials and other relevant correspondences
- Perform feasibility studies/ evaluation of potential land which include financial, market and economic studies and new project evaluation
- Any other assignment as and when is required
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Higher Diploma in Real Estate/Valuation/Finance/Marketing/Business Studies or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and Power-point.
- At least 5 years of working experience in property development, sales & marketing /related industries is required for this position.
- Proven track record in land acquisition, capital market transactions, managing high end & high-rise projects or mixed developments.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical skills, critical thinking skills
